Gold Coast Crew on World-Class Stage
Higgins and Hilton are the perfect match at the heart of Surfers Paradise on Queensland’s world renowned Gold Coast. The massive Brookfield Multiplex project is a $700m dual tower landmark and Higgins will be there until completion in 2011.
The Gold Coast branch of Higgins Coatings is thrilled to be a part of this significant development with Stage 1 works of the Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Apartments underway on the 32 storey Boulevard Tower which is expected to be completed in December 2010.
Stage 2 of the project is the Orchid Tower soaring to 57 floors and consisting of 169 hotel rooms and 224 apartments. The Boulevard Tower comprises 186 apartments while combined there is around 4500m² of retail space and the Gold Coast’s deepest basement at 18m to include 670 parking bays.
