We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane Team. This is an entry level role, hence on-the-job training will be provided. Located in Kelvin Grove, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual, to succeed in a productive and fun work environment.

Reporting to the Brisbane Administration Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the administrative function of this department. Ideally you will have :

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• flexible approach with a 'can-do' attitude 
• attention for detail
• outstanding time management
• advanced level of Microsoft Office

The role will incorporate the follow duties :

       answering phones

       meeting and greeting Clients & visitors

       Managing mail

       organising courier deliveries as required

       processing invoices

       assisting with account management

       support to the Administration Manager
