Situated between the Town Hall and Pitt Street Mall, Higgins Coatings has been involved in painting three of Sydney’s favourite CBD buildings: The Strand Arcade, Queen Victoria Building and the contemporary The Galeries Victoria

Contracted by Multiplex Facilities Management P/L (Ipoh P/L), Higgins Coatings’ expertise and experience has proved invaluable in carrying out the restoration and maintenance of these three prestige retail and office complexes that have all presented exciting challenges for the enthusiastic Higgins team of painters.

The Strand Arcade (c1891) and QVB (c1896) reflect the grandeur and grace of their Victorian heritage while TGV is a cutting-edge designer retail space covering 15,000sqm. All three offer a high-end shopping, fashion and food experience and need to look their absolute best at all times.

Solidly working behind the scenes, out of hours and strictly complying with OH&S, Higgins has implemented a series of maintenance programmes to meet the specific needs of all three buildings employing innovative access solutions and time-honoured techniques to beautifully finish the QVB and The Strand.
