Scots College
The Scots College in Sydney’s Bellevue Hill has helped elevate the careers of many prominent Australians; however, Higgins Coatings’ Project Foreman never thought he’d be pulling strings at the exclusive school’s highest position.
In the bucket of a 55-metre boom, the Foreman was lifted high above the school’s main building to fix the flagpole’s pulley system and he thought the view across the harbour was excellent.
Commencing in January, 2001, Higgins had to work around the school’s program, priorities and holiday periods while also standardising the colours as different contractors over the years had used different suppliers, resulting in a number of varying shades and sheen levels.
The Higgins’ team made the grade with flying colours.
