Crown Promenade Hotel

A towering 4.5-Star jewel on Melbourne ’s CBD skyline, the luxurious Crown Promenade Hotel forms part of the exciting Southbank precinct by the Yarra River and directly adjoins the Crown Casino and entertainment complex.

With an enthusiastic team of up to 35 painters, Higgins Coatings were charged with the responsibility of helping make this magnificent Melbourne showpiece one of the world’s finest.

Covering car parks, basement areas, foyers and reception, meeting and conference facilities, stairwells and much more; the team then set about finishing the 465 contemporary guest’s rooms that included 18 studios and 3 luxury suites averaging 34 square metres each and all with spectacular views of the city and bay.

This remarkable Grocon project, with John Micallef as Supervisor and Richard Elford as Foreman, took Higgins around 12 months to complete.
