The Raine Square project has a 4 star Green Star rating and a 4.5 star ABGR rating so the team at Higgins has approached this massive project using Dulux products to meet stringent requirements throughout a 3 level basement car park, 14,000m² of retail area and a 21 level office tower.
The building will have Australia’s first twin lifts system and will hand naming rights over to major tenant Bank West while no doubt our team will be proudly flying the Higgins flag at Perth’s centre stage during the course of this lengthy $265million project.
