The was never a dull moment for Higgins on the Admiralty Towers II site with plenty of hard team-focused work rewarded by a first-rate finish that today sees this iconic Brisbane development shining like new.

Nestled between the CBD and the Brisbane River with all of its apartments facing the water and enjoying views to Moreton Island, the landmark tower had its exterior addressed by two Higgins crews who worked tirelessly in a very busy environment teeming with office staff and traffic.

Swinging stages plied the façade battling difficult weather and even major mid-project scaffolding legislation changes to complete this significant Admiralty Towers II repaint on schedule and on budget.
