‘Whatever It Takes’ is Higgins time-honoured and true company motto that yet again came to the fore in a recent project at Recency Apartments located in the Sydney suburb of Epping.

This seven-storey building is one of Epping’s premier apartment complexes and it was absolutely essential that the greatest level of care was taken to ensure it remained in magnificent condition both inside and out.

Firstly, every centimetre of the interior balustrading was covered and taped to protect the powder-coated surfaces from overspray while repainting then protective pods were erected over the block’s glorious gardens providing a barrier below the access stages being dropped from the roofline.
