Simon has a successful background in Business Management and Marketing. His experience in the building maintenance and construction industry spans some 25 years with the past 15 of these specifically centred on the field of contract painting. Simon's present focus is the design and development of preventative maintenance painting programmes as an alternative approach for Higgins Coatings' customers with their unique painting maintenance requirements.

As NSW Marketing Manager, Gavin is able to deliver on his long-term passion for the building maintenance sector on a day to day basis, gained over 10 years in the industry. Over this time, Gavin's success has been built through developing long term relationships with his customers, giving him the opportunity not just to understand their painting requirements, but their entire maintenance strategy, from a operational, financial and deliverable point of view. Gavin's relationships are backed by his Commerce and Science degrees, which also allows him to contribute to each project from a technical and business perspective. Gavin firmly believes the success of each project comes from hands-on management, transparent communication and a commitment to unrelenting quality.
