David is the Regional Manager of Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and has overall responsibility for the Commercial Repaint Divisions. David has over 30 years industry experience and has worked in State Management roles in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand. David is a qualified builder, licensed coatings inspector and has a Diploma of Frontline Management. He has vast experience in the operational and marketing disciplines of the painting industry and a good understanding of the service delivery required for the Education, Commercial Property, Body Corporate Management, Retail,  Manufacturing, Health and Industrial markets.

Matt Coxall
Repaint Division Manager

Joining Higgins in 2004, Matthew grew to manage the Higgins Commercial business in Brisbane for 3 years until the end of 2010.  With experience in all aspects of the contract painting business, combined with skills gained from a degree in Business Communication, Matthew and the Victorian team will continue to deliver high quality projects in areas such as; Luxury Hotels, Aged Care/Retirement Living, Government, Education, Sports facilities and Body Corporate.

John Locke
New Construction Manager

Commencing with Higgins Coatings in 1999, John's combination of 15 years industry experience and comprehensive education (BSc Quantity Surveying) provide the perfect preparation for his key role as Victoria's New Construction Manager. John's extensive estimating, sales and works skills complemented by a friendly professional approach, excellent customer service and uncompromising attention to detail will ensure that New Construction continues to set the highest possible standards to achieve outstanding results every time.

Repaint Sales Manager

David joined Higgins in 1999, his knowledge and skill base comes from a diversity of experience within the organisation commencing as a estimator early in his career. He then spent a number of years in an Operation role developing a keen understanding of the processes involved in managing projects and delivering results. To further his experience, David moved into a position with the Victorian Repaint team as a Sales Executive which ineviatbly resulted in the Sales Manager role he oversees today. David's philosophy is simple, provide excellent Customer service to all our clients and this will result in excellent business relationships for years to come.
