How often should a commercial building be repainted?

There is no single repaint cycle that applies to every commercial building. The cycle depends on various factors such as climate, exposure, substrate condition, coating systems and previous preparation. Coastal and high-exposure properties may require attention sooner than more protected buildings.

Internal high-traffic areas may also require more frequent maintenance. A condition assessment provides a more accurate indication of when works should be completed and which areas should be prioritised.

Yes. We operate 26 branches across Australia including regional centres such as Townsville, Cairns, Tamworth, Bundaberg and Shepparton. Regional sites are serviced by local crews, so you are not paying travel, accommodation and allowances on top of the works.

For most sites, including regional ones, we can have a work order booked within days. Speed of mobilisation is the measure our FM clients use internally, so it is the one we manage to.

Yes. We have delivered painting and restoration work on heritage and landmark assets, and we scope the approval requirements and product specifications as part of the quote rather than treating them as variations later.
