Initiatives Making an Impact

Envirosolutions Partner Launch

Accredited Partner - Dulux Envirosolutions Recovery Program

Through this collaboration, empty 15L plastic paint drums are returned for recycling and transformed into Australian-made paint tools and equipment such as durable paint roller trays and stirring sticks. To date, this initiative has diverted 50 tonnes of plastic from landfill and supported a circular economy.

Eco-Friendly Materials & Practices

Higgins Coatings prioritises the use of environmentally friendly products and methods. This includes advocating the use of low-VOC and water-based paints, where possible, to reduce harmful emissions and promote healthier environments for both workers and clients. We also utilise Electric Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs) when available to reduce carbon emissions and noise pollution on job sites.

International Best Practice (ISO Certification)

We operate under an Integrated Management System across all branches,  supported by regular audits to maintain the highest standards. Higgins is proud to hold tri-certification accreditation, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results, through safer practices that protect both people and the environment.
