At each site, all Higgins employees were required to have specific aged care certificates in compliance with the national guidelines governing contractors at aged care facilities.

Sackville Grange Retirement Village is a vibrant community with a wide range of amenities. 

Higgins’ services were required with a repaint of all surfaces in the facility across three buildings. We performed out of hours works and used low VOC paints to minimise disruption to the residents.

Calvary Aged Care

Calvary Aged Care, also known as Calvary Kooyong, is a state-of-the-art retirement living facility located in Caulfield South. Its modern living spaces combined with its array of health of wellness activities offer its residents an inclusive community.

In 2021, our New Construction team was engaged by Icon Construction to perform the painting package for the facility. Our internal and external painting works helped prepare the facility for residents.
