At each site, all Higgins employees were required to have specific aged care certificates in compliance with the national guidelines governing contractors at aged care facilities.

Calvary Aged Care, also known as Calvary Kooyong, is a state-of-the-art retirement living facility located in Caulfield South. Its modern living spaces combined with its array of health of wellness activities offer its residents an inclusive community.

In 2021, our New Construction team was engaged by Icon Construction to perform the painting package for the facility. Our internal and external painting works helped prepare the facility for residents.
