447 Collins St is home to Collins Arch a mixed-use precinct along Melbourne’s premier commercial and retail strip. Within the 6000 M2 block the luxury precinct includes a five-star W Melbourne hotel, commercial offices, retail outlets and dining areas.
Our new construction team completed the painting package on for Multiplex, which spanned for two years. We utilised Dulux paints throughout and within the hotel rooms Concrete Effects and Metallic Effects.

The Waurn Ponds Library and neighbouring Leisurelink Aquatic and Fitness Centre facilities service a range of patrons, and due to their location within the busy Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, need to look pristine at all times. As a preferred contractor for the City of Greater Geelong, Higgins was engaged to provide a full external repaint of the Library, with exterior blockwork repainting to the Leisure Centre.

Our Townsville Operations Team recently completed a two-year rejuvenation of the facility with a full external repaint, and an internal repaint of the Gaming Room and recently refurbished floors.
