Situated at 224 – 252 La Trobe Street, Aurora Melbourne Central is home to the Aurora Apartments. Probuild Constructions engaged our New Construction team to help with the painting package of the facility.
As Melbourne’s tallest residential apartment tower at the time of painting, the project’s scope was large. One of the key challenges we overcame was the need to move all equipment and materials up the building site.
Higgins were engaged by Network Pacific Owners Corporation to complete the external painting of 99 A'Beckett Street. Given the building is located on the corner of Elizabeth and A'Beckett Street, two of the busiest streets in Melbourne, the appropriate approval and permits were required from Yarra Trams, City Power, VicRoads and the Melbourne City Council.
Higgins were engaged by the owners of the Hemisphere Apartments to complete an external painting project at their building. The residential building is located on the border of East Perth and the Perth CBD, boasting 48 apartments with uninterrupted river views.
The picturesque Moorings on Cavill apartment complex stands in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Our Gold Coast team Higgins were selected by the body corporate committee at the conclusion of a lengthy tender process due to our 'professionalism during the sales process and in all clients meetings'.
Our Adelaide team were engaged to provide a refresh of the facilities at 100 Rose Terrace, Wayville. The scope included an external repaint and an internal touch up of common areas. The customer requested a colour change which our crew were happy to accommodate.
