At Higgins Coatings we’ve worked with many Australian schools and understand the special requirements education facilities schools need to undertake work. Monash College

Monash College

Monash College is an educational facility that specialises in providing transition education. It offers its students pathways with programs and services that align with a universities diploma programs.

In 2020 our New Construction team was selected by builder Multiplex to perform the painting package of its redevelopment. The building previously operated as a commercial office space, which our team helped transform into a campus building for Monash University.

Redeemer Lutheran College is a co-educational Lutheran primary and secondary school in Rochedale, Brisbane. Higgins were brought in to implement a painting maintenance plan at the esteemed college which caters for Prep to Year 12 students.

When our Melbourne branch partnered with the staff at Yarra Valley Grammar, we knew we were investing in a long-term relationship with one of the finest educational institutions in Australia. In fact, our current project with the renowned private school will span, in total, eight years.

Mount Pleasant Primary School is a coeducational primary school, located in Mount Pleasant within the Ballarat region. The school has been in operations for almost 150 years and was originally a tent site during the Eureka Stockade.

Mattanya Residences

The University of Adelaide offers a first-class education to a range of students each year, with many utilising the tertiary institutes boarding facilities. The Mattanya Residences play home to groups of students each semester, and recently required repainting works to maintain the condition of the facility. The University of Adelaide engaged Higgins to help restore life into their facility.
