Flinders Street Station officially opened in 1910, its grand exterior painted an attractive red and cream, with windows and doors in a deep shade of blue-green. For years, countless city guides and Social Media posts have featured photographs of its mustard gold-exterior. Monash Children’s Hospital is one of the largest children’s hospitals in Australia and one of only 2 tertiary paediatric hospitals in Victoria. Higgins Coatings worked tirelessly for 10 months on the new 230-bed facility. The scope of this project was huge, requiring over 20,000 litres of enviro paint. However it was also very rewarding and the team were excited to see it open in April 2017.
"I found the [Higgins] team always to be courteous, accommodating and went about their works with minimal disruption to the patients, visitors and staff. I did not receive one word of negative feedback about the Higgins guys… Higgins are a pleasure to work with!”
